We’re starting to see a steady increase in case studies demonstrating a clear ROI on the use of collaborational technologies in the Enterprise. Talking with my peers, especially in the US, it’s clear that there’s also a number of these in preparation. Much of the current focus is on soft measurement and it’s still a less common to see hard numbers being put forward.
